One of the most well known and revered artists, Michael Adams M.B.E., has been living and working in the Seychelles since 1972. His stylised depictions of both landscapes and people come in an array of vividly coloured pieces and intricate black and whites. He has been commissioned to create a variety of paintings for his clients some of which included Air Seychelles, who requested him to create the fabric design for the uniforms as well as the silk scarf that adorned the female crew. You can visit his Gallery at Anse Aux Poules Bleues which translated means bay of the blue chickens where Michael and his wife Heather have resided since they bought a beautiful wooden house which is now home to the gallery and famously enough some blue chickens amognst other wonderful friendly creatures!
